A 2.6-mile open paved route along the East Branch Brandywine Creek on the former New Holland rail bed, with a one-mile section described by the County as ADA accessible.

A preserve gathering and a township park festival make easy anchors for an autumn weekend. One asks guests to RSVP; the event page has the current details.

Natural Lands lists free admission and asks visitors to RSVP. The event uses its private entrance at 449 Lucky Hill Road.

Advance reservation required. Guests must be 21 or older and bring valid physical ID; no children, including infants, may join. Adult tickets are $45 plus tax and applicable fees; nonalcoholic tickets are $38 plus tax and applicable fees.

Keep a craft fair on the list for a rainy Saturday. The next day brings a ticketed gathering of local farmers, makers, and food producers.

Growing Roots lists $10 tickets at the door; children under 12 are free. The organizer says the event is rain or shine and mostly under cover.
